The Walking Dead Workout: Season 1 Episode 3

Here’s another Walking Dead Workout for ya!!  This Sunday is the season premier eeeeee!  I’m going to be spending time in Disney World with my baby girl and I won’t get to watch it until I get home!!  So don’t send me any spoilers!  🙂

Keep a march/jog throughout the show.

If no number is listed, complete exercise until scene is complete.

You can work as hard or as easy as you choose.  But this is the zombie apocalypse, survival of the fittest 🙂

The Walking Dead Workout

Season 1 Episode 3

 Story Exercises:

  • Delirious Merle- Warm up march/jog
  • Hair Cut- Alternate 10 squats/10 jumping jacks
  • Reunions- Alternate butt kicks/high knees
  • Camp fire chat- jump rope
  • Tent time- front punches, squat position
  • Scream in the woods- Sprint!
  • Meet Daryl- 10 tuck jumps
  • Daryl starts a fight- 20 bicycle crunches
  • Bolt cutter negotiation- side lunges
  • Frog catching- 10 frog jumps
  • Shane beats up Ed- front kicks
  • Merle’s Hand- 10 1-arm push-ups 🙂

Scavenger Hunt Exercises:

  • Zombie Killed- 10 squat jumps
  • Scary/Creep Shane look- 10 sit ups
  • Reason to love Glen- 10 jumping jacks
  • Term “Geeks” is used- 10 push ups
  • See someone doing laundry- 10 tricep dips                                                                          -add up individuals
