Last week I got a bit distracted and forgot to post about my Frozen run! Basically I decided to watch Frozen with Val while I ran on the treadmill and wanted to see how far I could run during the movie. A bit nuts I know, what can I say, I’m crazy like that 🙂
Well, I ran 10 miles from start to finish!
It is way easier to run to the first half of the movie compared to the last half. All the cute songs are in the beginning! I wound up walk running a bit the last 20 minutes, but still, a great way to burn off that food truck excursion we had 🙂
Anyone have a favorite movie they like to workout to??
